Membership Classes
In accordance with Trade Organizations Act and FBATI by-laws, membership is divided into two primary categories:
Open to incorporated public or private limited companies, multinational subsidiaries, or large partnerships having annual turnover or capital investment above the statutory threshold defined under trade rules.
Open to sole proprietorships, small manufacturing units, engineering workshops, and commercial traders operating within Federal B. Area that do not fall under the Corporate threshold.
Required Documents Checklist
Please ensure copies of the following documents accompany your signed application form:
- Duly filled and signed FBATI Membership Application Form
- Copy of Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) of proprietor/partners/directors
- Copy of National Tax Number (NTN) Certificate in firm’s name
- Copy of Sales Tax Registration Certificate (STRN) (if applicable)
- Latest paid industrial utility bills (Electricity & Gas) for the manufacturing premises
- Bank Maintenance Certificate in the name of the applicant enterprise
- Proof of ownership or registered lease agreement of factory in Federal B. Area
- Proposer and Seconder signatures from two existing valid members of FBATI
